President/CEO

Adam Dalva

As a second generation recruiting professional, it is safe to say I have a lifetime of experience in the recruiting industry. My recruiting experience ranges from screening resumes as a college intern, to working a desk as an account executive, and ultimately managing a team of recruiters at my own recruiting firm, Search Max, Inc. At Search Max, Inc., I have the privilege of leading a team of some of the industries best recruiters. We are dedicated to success. Our clients view us as a value added partner. We are their eyes and ears of the industry, consistently bringing them the best talent available.

Prior to being the President of Search Max, Inc., I was the Founding Partner of MRI of Coral Springs, another MRI network office. In the 50 year history of MRI, this office was the first MRI office to ever bill over a million dollars in its first year of inception. The office took home the International Rookie Office of the Year award. I sold that office and opened Search Max in 2006. As a recruiter, I have been a member of the MRI Pacesetter Club (our top producer club) in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 ,2007 and again in 2013 and 2014. In 2008, Search Max was named the fastest growing office in the South Atlantic. In 2010,2011,2012, 2013 and 2014 Search Max was a member of the MRI President’s Club, an exclusive club for the top 25% of producing offices.

I hold a BA in Business from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. I reside in Parkland, Florida with my wife Jennifer, and our 3 beautiful children.

Jennifer Dalva

After receiving my BA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and my JD from Hofstra University in New York, I practiced law at the US Department of Labor, Hofheimer, Gartlir & Gross, a New York law firm and Smoler, Lerman, Bente & Whitebook, a Miami law firm. Upon becoming a mother, I left law and joined my husband at Search Max, Inc., heading our legal recruiting division. I have had success recruiting attorneys, paralegals and support staff nationwide in all areas of practice. I am also the Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Search Max.

I reside in Parkland, Florida with my husband, Adam, and our three beautiful children.

Vice President –Training Director

Juli Santiago

I began my career with Search Max in September of 2007, after receiving my B.S. and M.B.A from Nova Southeastern University. After joining Search Max, I quickly realized that I am the type of person who loves to constantly be learning, so my role morphed into both running a team as well as leading our training efforts. Here at Search Max we have a robust training program that I am very proud of. With the help and support of the management team here we have put together a 6 week onboarding program to give all new recruiters the tools they need to truly be successful in the business. We have developed a proven roadmap to success including live webinar training, online videos, direct daily interaction with myself and the team lead, on the job training, and a custom designed desk manual. We also have created an ongoing monthly training program here for our tenured recruiters to continue to stay up to date on the newest things going on in our industry. I am responsible for hosting morning meeting trainings, lunch & learns, and coordinate guest speakers as well as corporate trainings. We attend annual regional meetings that are a full 2 days of workshops to continue our education. 

We also have a certification program through MRINetwork called the Certified Professionals Program. As a CSAM (Certified Sr. Account Manager), I help to put together the training program at Search Max to become certified and to continue your mastery of the craft of recruitment. I also sit on a Steering Committee for our corporate headquarters to enhance the certified professionals program, and assist in building the agendas for these workshops that are hosted annually that all go into our training and development. My only career has been that of a recruiter. I once read a book by Jack Welch in college called “Winning” and it has always stayed with me that if you find what you love to do it’ll never really feel like work. Recruiting has never been work to me, it’s something I am passionate about and I truly care about the clients and the candidates. I always remember we are dealing with people’s lively hood, and it is my goal to instill in our teams here that we need the proper core skills to ensure we handle every situation here with the utmost care.

I currently work as the lead for the Media, Advertising, and Public Relations recruitment team. Our team has won numerous accolades and I am very proud of the effort our group always puts in to do our best. I am the type of manager who believes it is “our team” not “my team”. I believe in sharing both our successes and our failures and always try to lead by example. I grew up in Florida and reside in Pembroke Pines with my husband and our wonderful son Dominic.
