The average recruiter with more than one years’ experience, within the MRI Network, earns an average of $118,000 per year. The top 10% of MRI Network recruiters earn more than $300,000 per year. We have many recruiters that earn $500,000 and above. We provide a base salary, and generous benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, 401k and paid vacation time. Each year our top producers attend an annual “Pacesetter” trip. These trips celebrate the best in our company. Last years’ trip was to Hawaii, where NFL Hall of Famer and Dancing with the Stars champ, Jerry Rice, was our Guest Host. The year before that it was Emmitt Smith in Cabo. Our trips have also been attended by Joe Montana and other awesome superstars, in fabulous locations, whom offer us words of wisdom on how to be amazing in our careers too.
